7.5 x 5.8 x 5.4 cm. A stunning quartz and sphalerite combination from the famous mines of the Huaron District. Water-clear, tapered quartz prisms of all sizes dramatically envelope the stalactite of barely visible, lustrous, jet-black sphalerite crystals. A sphalerite crystal pokes out of the top. Every rotation of the beautiful hedgehog of slender quartz points to 3.1 cm presents a different perspective. Pieces such as this came out in the mid-1980s. Ex. Herb Obodda specimen.
