Locality: Blanchard Mine (Portalas-Blanchard Mine), Bingham, Hansonburg District, Socorro Co., New Mexico, USA

One of the best linarite specimens I have seen, this specimen has many bright blue, 1 mm linarite crystals coating cavities in barite and fluorite matrix. Looks beautiful under magnification. Ex. Earle Sullivan collection (Ct.). Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x6x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-10 mm.
