Fluorite, Quartz

Locality: Todtnau, Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg, Germany

Pretty blue fluorite from a rather rare location, Fahl near Todtnau in Black Forest. The main mine there seems to have been St. Anna Mine but the label does not state a mine. The mineralized vein there is the "Fahler-Gang" that was at least partially in use till the middle of the 20th century. Specimen size 4x3x2 cm.
