Linarite, Fluorite, Baryte


Linarite : PbCu[(OH)2|SO4], Fluorite : CaF2, Baryte : BaSO4

Many bright blue, 1 mm linarite crystals coating cavities in barite and fluorite matrix. Looks beautiful under magnification. This specimen has many pockets and could be split into many smaller specimen, likely uncovering more cavities within. Ex. Earle Sullivan collection (Ct.). Overall size of mineral specimen: 16x8x8 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-10 mm.
