Locality: Red Lead Mine, Dundas mineral field, Zeehan district, Tasmania, Australia

Very attractive specimen or bright red-orange crocoite needle-like crystals to 1 cm long in a complex cluster of intersecting crystals. Well crystallized on all sides. A very showy specimen, sure to attract compliments. Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x5x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 3-10 mm.
