Prehnite, Calcite

Locality: "Granit-Wiatrak" (Graniczna III) Quarry, Graniczna (Góra Zwycęistwa), Świdnica District, Strzegom-Sobótka Massif, Lower Silesia (Dolnośląskie), Poland

Not curved, bluish crystals of prehnite with orange calcite. Size of big crystal - 14x12 mm. This prehnite is abnormal hard (> 7 Mohs). Perhaps the abnormal hardness correlated with the correct crystallinity and low defects. Collected in 2012.
