Locality: Galena, Picher Field, Tri-State District, Cherokee Co., Kansas, USA

Bright metallic galena crystals up to 25 mm with dark red sphalerite crystals up to 18 mm on limestone matrix. The bright galena crystals, set at different angles, makes this a beautiful, showy specimen. Overall size of mineral specimen: 12x7x5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 3-25 mm.
