Old and historical sample, what was the nickel ore paragenesis (also Cobalt, and Silver) that was found in a large pocket at this mine in the early twentieth century
It's really difficult, find specimens of this size in the collections.
This is a mass of Niquelina, with the typical golden pink with botryoidal structure, on which are seen in some places a coat of silver crystals of Gersdorffite, and on them, smaller crystals and dark gray Maucherite.

This sample was part of the collection of "Academia Espinosa" teaching institution founded in 1928 by D. Francisco Espinosa Verdú in Barcelona,( my grandfather).
