Locality: Chah Milleh Mine (Chah Mileh Mine; Tchah-Mille Mine), Chah Milleh (Chah-Mileh; Tchah-Mille), Anarak District, Nain County (Nayin County), Esfahan Province (Isfahan Province; Aspadana Province), Iran

Sharp, triangular steeple-shaped cerussite-willemite pseudomorphs after descloizite crystals to 3 cm tall with minor wulfenite micro crystals scattered throughout. Minor white calcite. No damage. Fluoresces under UV illumination. Overall size of mineral specimen: 7x6x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-3 cm.
