Locality: Blanchard Mine (Portalas-Blanchard Mine), Bingham, Hansonburg District, Socorro Co., New Mexico, USA
A quartz matrix comprising of flat thin ribs is covered with a tan druze and intergrown with rough white tabular barite. Partly covering the surface are beautiful small gemmy pale blue fluorites to about 5mm across and larger darker fluorites up to 1.4cm across.Very aesthetic and colourful piece and light for its size!
