Beryl (Var: Aquamarine), Muscovite, Microcline

Locality: Huya W-Sn-Be deposit (Pingwu beryl mine), Huya township, Mt Xuebaoding, Pingwu Co., Mianyang Prefecture, Sichuan Province, China

This wonderful specimen displays several fine aquamarine crystals, very lustrous, gemmy and undamaged, scattered front to back on the matrix. Around them, a lot of nice muscovite blades and a rare microcline crystal as well. The size is cm 6,5 x 5 x 4, and the aquamarine crystals are up to cm 3 x 3 x 1,5. Sarah Sudcowsky collection.
