Locality: Santa Anita Mine, Choix, Mun. de Choix, Sinaloa, Mexico

Large specimen of attractive lilac-purple botryoidal smithsonite on matrix. This cluster is well crystallized, with few internal flaws commonly found on Mexican smithsonite. No damage. This is one of the largest specimens I have had from this locality. Overall size of mineral specimen: 11x8x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5-15 mm.
