Locality: Mogok Township, Pyin-Oo-Lwin District, Mandalay Division, Burma (Myanmar)

The crystal is prismatic, doubly terminated and included in Calcite matrix. Blue color is very intense and the crystal shows also interesting curvatures and morphological deviations.
