Locality: Lafayette Mine (Tabb No. 1 shaft; Wheatcroft shaft; Brownward shaft), Frances, Illinois - Kentucky Fluorspar District, Crittenden Co., Kentucky, USA
A tapered galena crystal included in fluorite in an octahedron I chipped. A variety of odd-shaped galena crystals were noted as inclusions, most impossible to photograph. Alan Goldstein specimen (4466) and photo. FOV ~5 mm.
