Locality: Turquoise Mine, Cripple Creek, Cripple Creek District, Teller Co., Colorado, USA

Hexagonal green crystal of coeruleolactite with brownish surface coating. The green color and crystal form are easily discernable. Originally acquired July 1970. Overall size of mineral specimen: 12x5x4 mm. Size of individual crystals: 12 mm.
