Locality: U.S. Borax Open Pit Mine, Boron, Kramer District, Kern Co., California, USA
Satin-like compact crystalline block of colorless ulexite crystals. Ulexite crystals have fiber optic properties, transmitting light from one end to the other. Very clean, natural specimen. Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x3x2 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5.5 cm.
