Locality: Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia

Thin plate of quartz matrix with parallel crystals of blue azurite protruding from both sides. The azurite varies from highly lustrous to dull where it is beginning to alter. All crystals are terminated, no damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x4x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 5-20 mm.
