Elpasolite, Weberite, Prosopite, Gearksutite

Locality: Perzhanskoe ore field (Perga Be deposit), Zhytomyr Oblast' (Zhitomir Oblast'), Ukraine

Section along the thin (4 mm) prosopite-quartz veinlet in granite. Prosopite here is primary; it has not formed during cryolite replacement. Massive crystalline prosopite is replaced by pinkish to orange elpasolite+weberite mixture. White massive gearksutite is the latest mineral of this assemblage. Fragment of drill core 9x4.5x3 cm.
