Locality: Tujetsch (Tavetsch), Vorderrhein Valley, Grischun (Grisons; Graubünden), Switzerland
Large hematite crystal cluster without matrix. The crystals taper from 18 mm thick at the top to a 1 mm edge at the bottom. The faces has several smaller hematite crystals on the face (why they call it a rose formation). No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 4x3x2 cm. Size of individual crystals: 4 cm.
