Locality: Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Southeast Region, Brazil
A classic Hematite Rose from Brazil, created of silvery platey hexagonal crystals with a mirror like lustre, arranged in a rosette, and edged in sparkling reddish brown. The crystals range from 4mm to nearly 4cm in diameter. Small contact point on the base of the rosette, otherwise damage free. Pellman #1144
