Locality: Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia
1.3x 1.3 cm specimen of quartz with chalcocite hosting several crystal groups of ludlockite. The cluster at the top of the specimen is 0.4 cm across.
