Quartz, Chalcopyrite

Large cluster of lustrous colorless quartz crystals to 3 cm with a large dull gray chalcopyrite crystal (3 cm across) nestled between the quartz. No damage. Originally acquired in 1961 from John Albanese. Ex. Dr. E. Sensel collection B49. Overall size of mineral specimen: 14x10x7 cm. Size of individual crystals: 1-3 cm.
