Locality: Araçuaí, Jequitinhonha valley, Minas Gerais, Southeast Region, Brazil

Complex cluster of microcline crystals twinned on several axes (Carlsbad-twin law). The twinning resulted in a square-shaped specimen with reentrant angles at the twin planes. Good large specimen. No damage. Overall size of mineral specimen: 8x8x5 cm. Size of individual crystals: 2-5 cm.
