Locality: Tsumeb Mine (Tsumcorp Mine), Tsumeb, Otjikoto (Oshikoto) Region, Namibia
A 7.5cm X 7.5cm X 3cm cluster of flattened rhombs are heavily included with hematite. A single point of attachment allows for most of the specimen to have complete form.
