Locality: N'Chwaning II Mine, N'Chwaning Mines, Kalahari manganese fields, Northern Cape Province, South Africa
From a find in 2006, this 10cm X 5cm X 2.5cm specimen hosts flattened crstals with stepped edges, remeniscent of Tsumeb pieces. A small pocket yielded only 7 specimens of this form.
