Locality: Dara-i-Pech pegmatite field (Darra-i-Pech; Darra-e-Pech; Pech; Peech; Page), Chapa Dara District, Konar Province (Kunar Province; Konarh Province; Konarha Province; Nuristan), Afghanistan

Note: The mineral species Cassiterite is not listed in our database for this locality. This specimen may be misidentified or the mindat list of minerals at this locality may be incomplete.

Intergrown crystals of cassiterite (2.5 cm) and columbite (2 cm) with cleavelandite matrix. Minor muscovite and schorl also present.
