Locality: Lower New Street quarry, Paterson, Passaic Co., New Jersey, USA

Rounded formation of 3-4 mm quartz crystals with a complex crystal of brassy chalcopyrite 7 mm across with botryoidal black hematite. The quartz crystals are coated on alternate faces with red hematite (piezoelectric effect). Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970). Overall size of mineral specimen: 5.5x4x4 cm. Size of individual crystals: 2-7 mm.
