Cryolite : Na3[AlF6]

Partial crystal (rare!) of colorless cryolite from the famous mine in Greenland. 2 sides appear to have crystal faces. A historic specimen from this famous mine that originally opened in 1854. Ex. Robert C. Linck (1905-1970). Overall size of mineral specimen: 6x5x3 cm. Size of individual crystals: 2 cm.
