Enter a mineral name (eg Almandine), and part of a region name (eg Alaska) and this search will find all photos from localities within the region of that mineral. Select type of photo to search and either check all photos or select a subtype for the photos. Alternatively, enter a keyword or photograph type and optionally a locality or mineral name. If you are just looking for photos of a mineral or from a location, the photo gallery links on the mineral and locality pages are easier to use.
