Type Occurrence of Lanmuchangite

Type Locality:Lanmuchang Tl-(Hg) deposit, Xingren Co., Qianxi'nan Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province, China
General Appearance of Type Material:Compact aggregates to 10 mm, consisting either of anhedral granular crystals with no distinct boundaries ranging in size from 40 µm to 90 µm or, rarely, of euhedral to subhedral columnar crystals ranging in diameter from 15 µm to 65 µm.
Geological Setting of type material:In the oxidation zone of a Tl-Hg deposit.
