Type Locality:Poudrette quarry (Demix quarry; Uni-Mix quarry; Desourdy quarry), Mont Saint-Hilaire, Rouville RCM, Montérégie, Québec, Canada
General Appearance of Type Material:Thin, flattened and sword-shaped crystals to 0.5 mm in length, commonly forming rosette-like radiating groups.
Geological Setting of type material:From small cavities in an albite-rich syenite breccia.
