Pegmatite Quarry

Mica Lode mine (Mica Hill Mine), Eight Mile Park pegmatite District, Fremont Co., Colorado, USA

This pegmatite is huge especially when you're standing here. The photos don't do it justice. As seen from the Meyers cut. Days could be spent here sifting through the rubble for specimens.
