Normandie Mine, Coleraine Township, Mégantic Co., Québec, Canada
This deposit was discovered in 1946. The pit attained 300 by 500m and approximatley 160m deep. Here you can see it is filled with water. The mine is situated just west of the dumps from the Lac d'Amiante (Black Lake Mine).
