Chimney at Ballycorus | |

Ballycorus mine, Dublin, Co. Dublin, Ireland The chimney was uesd to vent gases from the smelt works at Ballycorus. During the mine workings the inside of the chimney was often cleaned to remove any lead residue. The chimney was connected to the smelter by a flue. The Photo was taken during a collecting trip in 2006. |
