Nagar, Hunza Valley, Gilgit District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

Dimensions: 14 cm x 10.2 cm x 6.8 cm

I have seen a LOT of matrix Nagar aquas over the years but THIS one is truly special for the robust color, extreme gemminess and brightness, and incredible aesthetics of the "flower" on matrix...the pics convey it pretty well, but it is still BETTER in person I would say 14 x 10.2 x 6.8 cm

XYG-5Q1Fluorite : CaF2

Nagar, Hunza Valley, Gilgit District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

6.0 x 5.0 cm.

An incredible rich pink octahedral xl with uncommonly sharp faces. The "points" are all perfect with no dings whatsoever and the xl is totally complete, with only a bit of matrix in the very back. One of the finest smaller specimens from the fabulous 2006 find!

Nagar, Hunza Valley, Gilgit District, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan

Dimensions: 5 cm x 4.5 cm x 3.7 cm

A PERFECT, COMPLETE-all-around, GEMMY, crystal perched PERFECTLY on matrix! No wonder it was the cover for the special issue ON fluorite! Note that the specimen has been cleaned since its original shot, removing the iron staining which in person was quite distracting (though i admit it looked interesting in the cover shot). 5 x 4.5 x 3.7 cm

Exceptional large cabinet specimen of glassy blue Beryl var. Aquamarine crystals
on sharp blades of Muscovite! One of the finest Aquamarine specimens I've seen in years!
The crystals are terminated and gemmy with above average color. The display centers on the main
crystal pointing upwards as it is surrounded by a complete family of smaller crystals. The specimen
is an eye catcher from anywhere in a room or cabinet and measures a very large 23.5 cm by 16.5 cm
in total size with a 7 cm center crystal! From Nagar, in the Hunza Valley, Northern Areas of Pakistan.
