Dimensions: .75" x .75" I think Alexander von Humboldt got ripped off. The rare organic mineral named after him, Humboldtine, is obscure, and, at its best, not much to look at. This specimen resembles a pellet of yellowed deer scat. His fellow German and man of letters Goethe, after all, got Goethite, which is quite widespread and often wondrous in form.
