The matrix consists of snowy white, well shaped Albite crystals. Their faces show an amazing texture, the edges are curved, which looks quite elegant. On it you can see a completely free-standing Aquamarine crystal. It is 110mm tall and 26mm in diameter. The upper two thirds are completely flawless; that’s cut-quality! The lower base shows a wonderful helix. The faces show an incredible brilliance, not just lustrous - it is pretty hard to show this exceptional quality on photography, you need to see it in person, the images only give you an idea. There are additional thin faces along the vertical edges and the end point shows outstanding and rare modifications - consisting of triangular and rhombic faces with frosted, but glossy surface. That is a mayor indicator - if it has only one sharp combo end-point it would not have the same visual impact and would look less balanced. These modified end-points are some kind of opposite-pole to the matrix, without them the crystal won’t have this volume and tri-dimensional character. At the side you can see two areas with small Aquamarine crystal sticked between the Albite crystals. They had no room to grow - they are not broken! Their end-points are covered with tiny lustrous, jet black crystal. The same black small crystals you can see at the bottom of the main crystal. Their habit don’t fit to Schorl, so most likely Columbite. You can show the specimen in various positions, the Aquamarine is perfect all around only matrix is less well developed backside. A true masterpiece for all standards!
