I purchased this specimen from my long-time collecting partner, John Perona. He found it on the upper face of the Central mine pile. The crystals were covered with calcite which he etched off with sulfamic acid. This is almost a solid piece of copper. There are crystals popping out of the prehnite on all sides. The back also has a large blob of sugary white datolite. The main crystals look like they are sitting on the surface. In my collection.
