This is a classic example of a fractured and re-healed beryl. This is a very common structure at this locality. The first fracture (left) is off angle completely. One end is broken, the other is a true pinacoid termination. 2nd fracture is repaired, as these quartz-filled fractures tend to separate during extraction.
