5.1 x 4.1 x 3.2 cm. This ametrine crystal from Bolivia is special because it has a real termination...and a very interesting quartz termination, for that matter. You rarely see the basal termination in quartz, so well developed as here. And from this locality, most crystals are etched and lose that termination. So, even though this is contacted around the crystal itself, the termination is the important part and it is in good shape, and most interesting I thought. Ex. George Elling Collection.
