This is a Fluorite and Quartz from Shangbao Mine, Leiyang Co., Hengyang, Hunan Province, China. The Shangbao Mine has produced some great Fluorite specimens, many complex ones where the octahedron becomes the prominent overall form - and rarely it has produced Fluorite crystals that are largely cubic, like this one.
