It's a shame that those not actually present are able to bid.

Cheers

I second Keith's lament. Is there any way to do such in the future?

14th Feb 2016 07:27 UTCSteve Sorrell Expert

I presume Keith you mean "unable to bid" :)

It would be difficult seeing as the format is as it is. Even bidding at the venue can be a challenge!

Hi Steve

Yes Steve. I thought I'd writ it right!! I tried too hard to avoid a double negative and ended up leaving out a negative !!

So Jolyon .. how about giving those that can't make it to Tucson, and that would be a lot of us, a chance to bid at these auctions?. Perhaps even a special auction for us (e.e.: those Mindaters that are not at Tucson...)
Especially as you are now able to make semi live updates to Mindat.

Cheers
Keith
