please comments about the plate behind the smithsonite.

Calcite or even leadhillite. Acid test is impossible.

Even cerussite can form such plates (faint striations on the tabular face would give away the twinning, though).

Cerussite and calcite in the neighbourhood shows white fluorescence under sw, this plate don't.

Ok. Then it might in fact be leadhillite (or susannite).
