Ne is located in the valley, so the sequence "Ne, Graveglia Valley, ..." is probably right.

Can one of the Italian specialists conform this?

Nè is a municipality in Graveglia Valley. Its territory occupies almost the whole valley.

It' right the sequence: Graveglia Valley, Nè

Most likely I created a misunderstanding because the municipality of Nè is part of Valgraveglia. The sequence of the location from the smallest to the largest: Nè, Val Graveglia, Genoa province, Liguria.

The fact that geographical boundaries do not correspond to political boundaries often creates in the classification of errors. Wanting to frame a place in one and in the same time in the same classification creates doubts about the real positions. The administrative boundaries created by us humans have nothing to do with the natural history of things. It would be better to see things only in their geological ensemble. The Italian Wikipedia has no accent on the "e" in Ne. Is the spelling "Nè" a local one?
