Specimen 8cm x 4.5cm .Main baryte crystal group 2.5cm high. Main crystal 8mm wide 2mm thick . All barytes growing on a bed of 2mm calcite crystals.Collected April 2008.

C44-0K7Baryte, Calcite

Peak Hill, Sidmouth, East Devon, Devon, England, UK

Specimen 9cm x 7cm. The main baryte crystal group is 45mm high with the largest crystals 12mm wide 4mm thick. It was collected in August 2008 and is the best I have collected in 8 years. The barytes grow upon a bed of drusy calcite crystals size approx 2mm.
