Fluorite octahedral crystals up to 5 mm, on a granite sample measuring 3.6 x 2 cm. The biggest octahedrons show cube truncations and dodecahedron faces. The smallest crystals also show multiple face development, resulting in attractive triakisoctahedrons.
According to a Spanish dealer, the sample is said to come from a recent outcrop opened in the highway to A Coruña, near the village of Arteixo.
