Fluorite in art - Part 2

Pforte, Pforte Mountain, Arandis Constituency, Erongo Region, Namibia

Another plate of drawings of Pforte fluorites and distinctive lables. The specimen in the upper center and in the lower left are from the Dr. Rainer Bast collection; the upper right specimen is said to be in the fluorite collection of Wolfgang Sturm in Sollenau (Austria), the lower right is from the stock of the (deceased) German dealer K.H. Götter. The upper left baby-blue fluorite seems to be a confusion by the dealer (Jahn); the crystal aggregate is associated to black Schorl and the indices (100), (110) and (111) don' t seem to belong to this specimen. There haven't been any light blue cubes at the Pforte.

Pforte fluorites in art - part 1

Marvellous drawings of Pforte fluorite specimen. the center piece and the lower right specimen are fom the collection of Dr. Rainer Bast, the upper right and lower left specimen from the (deceased) dealer K.H. Götter; the owner of the upper left specimen is unknown. Drawings by Martin Haubenreißer (2000).
The label in the center is from W. Maucher, a famous German, Munich based mineral dealer (1879-1930), who handled minerals since 1909.
