Drexel Mine, Delaware, Keweenaw Co., Michigan, USA

Copper coated Datolite that I collected on the tailing pile at the Drexel Mine on 12 August 2012. The specimen is about 2.5 inches high and the ball is about 1.5 inches in diameter. Datolites with a copper coating are quite rare. The 3 photos show about 270 degrees around the specimen.
