9Y4-EPVGerhardtite, Malachite, Cuprite

Tenke deposit, Tenke-Fungurume area, Kolwezi District, Lualaba, DR Congo

Dimensions: 94 mm

This is probably the best gerhardtite in existence. It forms a large area of crystals with malachite tufs on massive cuprite. These specimens showed up at first at the 2018 Denver show and afterwards at the Munich show.
The mineral is under investigation at the BMNH in London as some specimens are labeled as rouaite.
A comment will be added when I will receive the results from the BMNH.
Obtained from Crystal Classics.
