The hills at this location are exhumed fossil cave systems with a variety of calcite textures. Looking west, January 2013.
This is me in front of the karst breccia at the Crystal Mountain south of Sheikh Abdallah. The photo was taken by my colleague Alberto on October 21st, 1999 with my Olympus OM20 camera.
